Below are frequently asked questions relating to PensionLine.

How do I register for PensionLine so that I can access my personal data?

If you have not already registered for PensionLine, follow the self-registration procedure.

If you have any queries, please contact BP UK Pensions & Benefits.

I am having problems logging in - what do I need to do?

If you have forgotten your password, contact BP UK Pensions & Benefits and they will write to you with your new password.

If you have unsuccessfully attempted to log in three or more times, your account will be locked. Contact BP UK Pensions & Benefits and they will notify you when your account has been reset.

I have more than one period of service with BP – can I view all of my records on PensionLine?

Yes. You can decide which record you would like to view when you log in.

If you have already logged in and would like to switch to one of your other records, you can do so in the ‘my details’ section.
